I have to admit: I’m a step away from becoming a vampire! I do not like the sun, I keep the shades down inside my house, and I always use sunscreen. I refuse to get wrinkles, spots, and most of all, skin cancer! I mean, my kids need their mom around to take care of them!
However, I gotta say there are a few advantages to looking tanned. Starting with the fact that it gives your skin a beautiful glow, and ending with the even more important fact, that it makes the body look toned!
With sunless self-tanners you don’t have to sacrifice beauty for health, especially if you are stuck inside! They gradually or instantly gives us the color and definition that we need to look summer ready sans the skin damage!
Here are my fave solutions for a gorgeous glow for body and face!
* Neutrogena MicroMist Airbrush Sunless Tan: This ultra light spray instantly adds color to the skin without having to sit for hours under the sun. The best part is that it ensures a lasting even tan, and comes in different shades.
* Clarins Golden Glow Booster: This is the new way to make your face look radiant. Is totally made-to-measure which means you choose the intensity. Just add a few drops to your moisturizer and gradually see your skin glow!
* Lancôme Face Flash Bronzer: This moisturizer gel has vitamin E which protects against free-radicals, it dries quickly while giving you an instant boost of color, and leaves skin soft.
* Jergens Natural Glow Firming Daily Moisturizer: Toned and tanned skin? Yes, please! You can’t top this off! You get the sunless gradual glow while reducing the appearance of cellulite and firming skin.

Did You Miss My Latest Post? MY MOMBOD WENT SNORKELING IN ST. KITTS
*Jergens Natural Glow Firming Moisturizer: Quieres piel bronzeada y tonificada?

i would try the jergens one ,i tan real easy ,dont burn .
You had me at making my body looked toned!! I need tanners right away! I never realized there were so many on the market. You have given me homework for the weekend I will be coming back tanned 😉
I’ve never used a self-tanner but I’ve actually been considering it to help my legs look like they’ve at least seen a little bit of sun lately..LOL
I also avoid the sun for the reasons you mentioned… I just turned 40 and people usually guess me to be in my early 30’s! And I also like how toned I look after I use self-tanner, but I’ve never been about to find one that didn’t have an awful smell, and that didn’t stain my white sheets. Maybe I need to revisit this…
When I was a kid I tried a Dollar Store Tanner and it turned me orange! I looked like an Oompa Loompa! I have since learned my lesson that not all cheap products are a great deal, these look like a better shade for me, thanks for sharing!
I love the Fake Bake spray but it helps if you have long arms to hold as far away as poss because the spray is quite strong. It gives great coverage, sinks in quickly, it has a natural look and the biscuity scent fades really quickly.
I have had a bad experience with self tanners before! I hope to try one out again soon, as I before a tanned look vs a pasty white look. I am going to have to try out one of these brands.
I have never tanned but I saw a tanning station on one of the beaches I visited and thought that was different and unique.
It has been a long time since I have purposely set out to get a tan. I’m not a huge fan of getting skin cancer either. I remember when i was a teenager, I hated using sunscreen. Now I kinda regret that choice. I am lucky though when I do burn it turns to tan in a day or two. I am naturally an olive skin tone.
I also don’t like the sun especially that it’s too hot now in the Philippines and summer was like overstretching its duration a bit. I’m afraid to get skin cancer so we make sure to always apply sunscreen before going out. I don’t want to look even more tanned because I’m already am.
I never intentionally tan, but living in Florida certainly adds some color to my skin. I love that you’ve listed quite a few different ones that fall within different price ranges. I’ve heard really good things about the Neutrogena one, so I may have to try it.
I don’t tan or self tan but I do love a great shimmer or glossy look for my skin. Will any of these accomplish this or do they have a product that would do that. Worth checking out. For now I would go with Neutrogena because I love their products.
I love the Neutrogena mist as well…doesn’t smell bad, easy to apply, and looks good on medium skin tones like mine. I will have to try out your other options as well…I prefer tan from a bottle because skin cancer runs in my family. Thanks for sharing.
I have never looked into getting tanned but my best friend is always trying to get tanned! I should definitely recommend this post to her! She would LOVE it! Thanks for sharing!
