Pink Pleats and a Love Letter!

For the past month I have traveled non-stop. From New York to Paris, I have been incredibly blessed to be able to enjoy a fashion filled life, and learn more about this complex world! To have the opportunity to experience the intricacies of Fashion Week, its like giving a sugar covered cotton candy cake pop to a little girl (boys aren’t that crazy about sweets) all wrapped up in a beautiful glittery pink bow! Now that the sugar high is gone, I’m experiencing major withdrawals, and realizing catching up its hard to do when there is so much to tell and so little time to do so.

To explain my journey would be to open up a box filled with incredible memories and lessons learned. So I’m choosing a word that summarizes how I feel and what I experienced during this past month. The word is: LOVE. Love for the stunning trends that I saw, the designers I met, the places I visited, the amazing friendships I made, the art I was able to see, the delicious food I ate, the tons of champagne I drank, and all the pistachio macaroons I gobbled on! Love for the opportunities to grow, to help others and to be helped by others, to be in awe of things I have admired my entire life, to be as close to history as you could ever be, and to see many of my dreams come true.

This time, my outfit kinda explains it all… Delicate pleated pink and turquoise dress from PrettyODD Boutique cinched with a LOVE belt from Charlotte Russe, a few Accessory Fanatic bracelets, a Jessica Simpson clutch, and shimmery gold Coach embroidered wedges. It can’t get any more girly and soft than this! The question is: Can you guess where I’m standing? How has the past month been for you?
