During my amazing trip to New York City, for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, I had the incredible opportunity to play blogger-model for some brands including Covergirl and StyleCoalition. The invitation to attend their ultra VIP bloggers-only lounge came at a great time as the exhausting schedule of shows was draining my energy!
Not only was the lounge located at the iconic Empire Hotel, home of Chuck Bass during Gossip Girl, which its 2 steps away from the Lincoln Center. The soiree was packed with beauty experts ready to do our hair, make-up and nails. I received the luxurious treatments while sipping on champagne, savoring delish plates, uploading photos on the new TouchSmart by Hewlett-Packard, getting my step and repeat pics taken, and watching the live streams of the MBFW shows.
Representing Miami, aside from myself, were Daniela Ramirez from Nany’s Klozet and Ria Michelle. Celebrity Manicurist Nails By Mar y Soul did my nails with a Trina Turk Fall 2013 inspired design! Loved the bright colors and the stripes, which are so on trend!

Durante mi viaje a Nueva York por la Semana de la Moda de Mercedes-Benz tuve la oportunidad de ser una de las bolgeras-modelo para diferentes marcas incluyendo Covergirl y StyleCoalition. La invitación para atender la exclusiva sala de relajación para blogeras no pudo haber llegado en un mejor momento ya que mi agitada agenda de shows me estaba sacando el último poquito de energía que tenía.
El evento fue realizado en el icónico Hotel Empire, casa de Chuck Bass de la serie Gossip Girl, el cual está a dos pasos del Lincoln Center donde toma lugar MBFW. Expertos en el cabello, uñas y maquillaje se encargaron de arreglarme y consentirme mientras tomaba champagne, comía deliciosos platillos, pasaba mis fotos al nuevo TouchSmart de Hewelett-Packard, me tomaba las fotos en el cartel oficial y veía los shows de MBFW en vivo.
Además de mí, estuvieron Daniela Ramirez de Nany’s Klozet y Ria Michelle, otras blogeras de Miami. La experta en manicura de las celebridades Nails by mar y Soul me hizo un diseño inspirado en la nueva colección otoño-invierno 2013 de Trina Turk. Me encantaron los colores vibrantes y las líneas horizontales que son la última tendencia en las pasarelas.
