I decided to take on the time-consuming task of writing this blog in English and Spanish because I truly madly care about my readers. Writing bilingually its a tricky thing when it comes to readability and reader’s engagement. To me, its important to find a way to relate to the reader and keep the language’s own flare; this is the reason I do not do a word-by-word translation, but rather a free-writing version keeping the main points. I have used colors to differentiate each language, and a top sign to let readers know where to find the Spanish part, but I felt there was something missing!

In my quest to find practical and user-friendly tools to update and refresh this Frugalicious blog, I stumbled upon a social media connoisseur who showed me how to create an Anchor Tag!! An Anchor Tag its the easiest and funnest thing you will ever include in your blog. It allows you to completely redirect readers with a simple click to any portion of the post! The snapshot shows the codes which are standard html/text and cab used on any blogging platform.
* On Top Code: Change the keyword (highlighted in purple). in my case español, and name, in my case “Presiona Aquí”, to match the one you need. Only the name will show on the Visual part of the text.
* On Bottom Code: The keyword must match the one from the top code. No need of naming because the code will only be represented with an arrow inside a square. This will not be shown on the Visual part of the text.

Hola Expertos de las Redes Sociales!!

Decidí en tomar esta tarea de escribir en Inglés y Español porque realmente me intereso por mis lectores, sin embargo escribir bilingualmente se vuelve complicado cuando hay que considerar la facilidad de lectura, además de como mantener al lector interesado. Para mí es muy importante encontrar una manera de llegarle al lector y de mantener el estilo original del lenguage, por lo cual no hago una traducción fiel de cada palabra sino un escrito libre que incluya los puntos esenciales. He usado colores para diferenciar cada lenguaje y un letrero al principio que deje saber a los lectores donde encontrar la porción en Español, pero siempre sentí que hacia falta algo!!!

En mi búsqueda por hallar herramientas prácticas y fáciles de usar para actualizar este frugalicious blog me encontré con un conocedor de las redes sociales quién me enseñó como crear una Etiqueta Ancla!! Una Etiqueta Ancla es lo más divertido y fácil de hacer para tu blog y lectores. Te permite redirigir completamente a los lectores con un simple click hacia cualquier área del texto. La foto muestra los códigos en html/texto los cuales son standard y pueden ser usados en cualquier blog.
* En el Código Superior: Cambia la palabra clave (resaltada en morado), en mi caso la palabra clave es español, y el nombre, en mi caso es “Presiona Aquí”, por uno que se ajuste a lo que necesitas. Sólamente el nombre aparecerá en la parte Visual del texto.
* En El Código Inferior: la Palabra Clave debe ser la misma que usada en el código de la parte superior. La parte inferior no tiene un nombre ya que solamente se representa con una flecha encerrada en un cuadrado. La imagen no será mostrada en la parte Visual del texto.
